Portrait von Claude Keller in blauem Pullover.

As a child, I wanted to become a clown or an astronaut...

From the dream of being an astronaut emerged a physicist, and from the clown came an actor.

Recognizing connections, reaching people, understanding and activating emotions drive me in my life to this day.

Since 2004, I have been accompanying individuals, teams, and organizations on their path to unleashing their potential and successfully managing their emotions.

Claude Keller

I was born in 1966 and come from Seewen near Schwyz. I lived and worked in the USA, Germany and Sweden for over 15 years. Today I live outside of Zurich in a happy relationship.

My Beliefs and Perspectives

As a coach, I am credible because I strive to live what I “preach”. Here is a selection of my beliefs and perspectives:

About Leadership

  • The behavior of employees reflects the leadership.
  • A leader must like people.
  • Leading means learning and growing.
  • Essentially, there are only three brain-based leadership tools: coaching, feedback (recognition & expectations), and consistent action.

About Organizations

  • Psychological safety is the foundation for long-term optimal performance, innovation, and healthy employees.
  • Organizations learn and grow as long as their employees learn and grow. Employees learn and grow as long as their leaders learn and grow.
  • Given the circumstances, every person does their best.
  • Employees want to please a superior, at least to a certain extent. They do what is important to him/her.

About Life

  • Freedom and personal responsibility go hand in hand
  • As long as we are alive, from the perspective of life, we are doing everything right.
  • The external is a reflection of the internal (resonance).
  • It’s not the successful who are happy – it’s the happy who are successful.

About People

  • People want to love, be loved, and feel safe.
  • Everything has two sides – everyone can choose.
  • Emotions leave traces. They shape who we are.
  • Happy is the one who knows they are on their path.
