My Understanding of Coaching
I follow a consistently solution-focused and resource-oriented approach. I rely on insights from neuroscience and motivational psychology, combined with approaches and concepts from acting, bodywork, and physics.
To me, coaching is a process to promote self-directed neuroplasticity and self-efficacy. Therefore, coaching always involves the entire being of a client and the coach; their thoughts and feelings, consciousness and subconsciousness, as well as the entire body.

Coaching is a voluntary and confidential process that is oriented towards the needs of my clients.
Before starting:
